I was born and raised in Northeast Iowa. I graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor’s degree in History. After graduating from college, I moved to Colorado and attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During my second year of law school I earned my real estate license.
I have been a real estate agent for over six years now, and I have helped numerous clients buy and sell homes throughout the Denver metro-area. I love getting to know each of my clients and I work hard to make their buying and selling experiences smooth, enjoyable, and profitable! I have worked on a wide variety of properties ranging from single family homes to multi-unit investment properties and new construction to historic properties, as well as condos, townhomes, foreclosures, short sales, estate sales and vacant land. I personally love older homes, and I live in Northwest Denver, so Nostalgic Homes is a great fit for me! Our company has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals for the past 25 years.
I have found that the key to success in real estate is communication. I am always available on my cell phone, and I return calls and check my email several times each day. I have developed professional relationships with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and title companies to help guide my clients through each step of the real estate process. I thrive on negotiating for my clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
In addition to selling real estate, I enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, reading, shopping, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my dogs at the Berkeley dog park.
